American singer/songwriter and actress LeAnn Rimes has teamed up with Disabled American Veterans (DAV), to 'honour veterans and their families in memorable ways throughout the holiday season'.

The singer has partnered with artist Gavin DeGraw to record a new version of Kenny Loggins's song, Celebrate Me Home, for her new album Today Is Christmas, with the song's music video including clips of real military homecomings. She said 'While Gavin and I were recording Celebrate Me Home, we were reminded of the emotional homecoming videos we've seen over the years, and thought that connecting the song to veterans elevated the meaning'.
